Emily A. Bologna

As a Certified Public Accountant in California since 1995, she has a Masters Degree in Taxation from Walsh College in Michigan and over twenty-five years of experience in accounting in all sizes of businesses.

Emily has worked in Big Four firms such as Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte and Touche and in a variety of smaller firms in two of which she was the owner and principal: Western Tax & Accounting (Fremont, CA), and Gold Rush Tax & Accounting (Jackson, CA).

She has extensive knowledge of the tax laws regarding individuals as well as the different types of small businesses (LLPs, S-Corps, C-Corps, et. al.). She is familiar with businesses operating in multiple states and is licensed in California, Michigan and Arizona.

She has assisted clients in:

• setting up their books, setting up and processing payroll, tutoring in the daily use and navigation of the program.
• offering monthly bookkeeping for clients along with payroll processing.
• processing all types of tax returns: Individual, Partnership, Corporation, Trusts, Non-Profits.
